Nero is a 172MB download. It takes a while to start. It has a ton of useless stuff that most people don't need. It's not free. http://www.nero.com

InfraRecorder is under 3mb to download. It starts almost as fast as Notepad. It contains everything you need for basic burning CDs, DVDs ISOs, data and audio files. It's open source. http://infrarecorder.sf.net
