Creative is a good company.. I like the MuVo v200, best model I've seen.
Zen is cool too has good quality for the price. I was not able to find ZEN Neeon 2 in the Creative Germany site :-(

Hey bought a new Creative Zen Nano plus, couple of days back
its absolutely great value for money, has radio/ voice recorder.
can play in 1 AAA battery. Scrolling wheel for navigation is ok I felt though not great to traverse lots of folders.
the cons I see in this model is , it has a usb cable to connect to computer unlike the MuVo models with direct usb connector pins.
another one - always has a same white earphones (like ipod) so doesnt match a colored Zen..( mine is black with white ear phones)

Well, there are few things to note,
1. Cost - Creative players are half-priced as Ipods.. What you pay in Ipod is for the brand/ in-built battery/ their touch sensored navigations..in Zen it is a scroll wheel and buttons for navigating, and for battery - you can buy a set of good rechargable AAA batteries and charger ( duracell/ sony / sanyo etc)
2. Radio - like to listen to growing FM stations - Zen wins here
3. Voice Recorder - Zen wins again
4. ITunes - Zen doesnt need it, its direct folder system. But you can have nice playlist in Ipod. ( many find some difficulty in using itunes for ipod - Zen is just copy paste simpler)
5. Sound Quality - IPod wins - Zen is good too but comparitively I liked IPod better
6. Branding/ stylish - IPod wins no doubt
There are models in Zen with inbuilt battery, lyrics display, without radio, slim models etc so many to chose.
But for the less you pay Zen is real worth I felt.
Go for Zen if you need a mp3 player with radio/ voice recording and less cost and a good player. (my criteria for buying it) - value for money buy!
Go for Ipod, if you are an Apple fan, have that real love for ipod, the looks/styles, navigation and ofcourse, a great quality of music and if have more money to spend.
